Our Booking Process
Booking with Your Physio Joint is simple. Follow these steps below
Submit a referral form either for your client (or for yourself) by clicking the link above OR below. You can request for an FCA, physiotherapy treatment or both.
Once confirmed, a service agreement (for NDIS clients - outlining T&Cs) will be shared before confirming an appointment (Initial Assessment) with the client either in-person or via Telehealth.
Once receiving the referral form, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible in regards to the required services.
If conducting an FCA, a report will be submitted within 2 weeks of the initial assessment. For physiotherapy treatment, proposed future sessions will be outlined in a management plan and shared.
