Our Booking Process
Booking with Your Physio Joint is simple. Follow these steps below
Submit a referral form either for your client (or for yourself) by clicking the link above OR below. You can request for an FCA, physiotherapy treatment or both.
Once confirmed, a service agreement (for NDIS clients - outlining T&Cs) will be shared before confirming an appointment (Initial Assessment) with the client either in-person or via Telehealth.
Once receiving the referral form, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible in regards to the required services.
If conducting an FCA, this will be submitted within 2 weeks of the initial assessment. For physiotherapy treatment, proposed future sessions will be outlined in a management plan and shared.
